1. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Discrimination Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory content. All postings must comply with the local, national, and international labour and human rights laws applicable in the location of the employment or the target user base.

Job listings and “Position Wanted” ads must not express a preference, limitation, or specification based on any protected attribute, including but not limited to:

- Sex, Gender Identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

Specific Australian Compliance Rules
For all roles located in Australia or aimed at Australian residents, users must strictly adhere to the Racial Discrimination Act 1975, Sex Discrimination Act 1984, Disability Discrimination Act 1992, and Age Discrimination Act 2004:

2. Mandatory Listing Standards & Transparency
To ensure marketplace safety and transparency, all listings must contain rich, factual, and verified data.

- Duties: Listings must clearly define the primary purpose of the role, core daily tasks, and specific operational expectations in plain, clear language.

Exact Locations
- All ads must state a clear, definitive physical location (City, State/Region, and Country).
- If a role is entirely remote, it must be explicitly labeled as such, alongside any mandatory regional timezone or residency restrictions for tax and legal compliance.
Salary and Pay Rate Disclosures
- Australian Mandatory Pay Rules: In accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009, it is strictly unlawful to advertise pay rates that are lower than the legal minimum entitlements, Modern Awards, or Enterprise Agreements.

3. Employer Terms (Standard Listings)
By submitting a job advertisement, the Employer warrants that:
- They possess an active business registration (e.g., an active Australian Business Number (ABN) for Australian entities, or local corporate equivalents internationally).

- The position advertised is a genuine, funded employment vacancy, independent contract, or verified legal apprenticeship/traineeship.

- They will not harvest job seeker data for marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial outreach.
4. Job Seeker Terms (Wanted Ads & Profiles)
By posting a “Position Wanted” ad, portfolio, or resume profile, the Job Seeker agrees that:
- All professional accolades, educational histories, work rights, and skills listed are accurate and complete.
- They accept that their wanted ads are searchable globally by registered employer accounts. They are solely responsible for managing the personal contact details they choose to include on their public-facing profiles.
5. Right of Review & Legal Disclaimer
- Moderation & Removal: We reserve the right to review, flag, intercept, or instantly take down any listing that breaches our anti-discrimination policy, falls below regional legal minimum wages, or fails to provide specific location and salary ranges.
